HEY…

ARE YOU READY TO INVEST IN A MACHINE THAT CUTS THROUGH TRAFFIC LIKE A FIGHTER JET...AND GIVES PEOPLE WHO HAVE LOST THE USE OF THEIR LEGS A WAY BACK TO FREEDOM, INDEPENDENCE AND THE OPEN ROAD?

Trinova is not just another electric commuter.

It is motorcycle agility inside an enclosed cockpit. A narrow, tilting machine built to move through the traffic that stops everything else.

And for someone who uses a wheelchair, it could mean something much greater:

A way to ride again.

The adaptive Trinova is designed so the wheelchair becomes the driver’s seat.

No transfer. No lifting. No assistance. Roll in, lock in and drive.

I just need one investor who sees the potential before it becomes obvious.

Not someone who sees Trinova only as another electric commuter.

I am looking for someone who understands what Trinova could mean to a veteran who returned home without an arm or leg... or with a spinal cord injury.

Someone who understands what it could mean to the young men and women who lost the use of their legs doing the one thing that made them feel alive:

Riding.

For them, Trinova is more than transportation.

It is a way back onto the road.
A way back to independence.
A way to ride again.

The adaptive Trinova is designed so the wheelchair becomes the driver’s seat.

No transfer. No lifting. No assistance. Roll in, lock in and drive.

But adaptive mobility is only one part of the opportunity.

For millions of commuters, Trinova offers something conventional cars cannot:

Motorcycle agility. An enclosed cockpit. A fraction of the road space.

Trinova did not begin with a pitch deck or a collection of renderings.

It began with an RC model, followed by four functioning prototypes that were built, tested and ridden over more than twelve years of development.

That work has already proven:

  • The fundamental vehicle architecture

  • The leaning geometry

  • The low-speed balance concept

  • The narrow tandem layout

  • Electric and combustion powertrain configurations

  • The potential for an adaptive version where the wheelchair becomes the driver’s seat

The next step is not to discover whether Trinova can work.

The next step is to get it street legal and on the road in a form customers can experience it...

Without a finished production vehicle, advertising budget or sales team, Trinova has already generated:
  • 12 paid, fully refundable reservations

  • Close to 400 people on the waiting list

  • Organic media coverage

  • Social-media attention

  • Interest from commuters, motorcyclists and wheelchair users

People have responded to Trinova before seeing a finished production vehicle.

The problem is not that nobody wants it.

The problem is that they need to see it, touch it, ride it... to believe it and buy it.

At the center of Trinova is a proprietary balance system designed to allow a three-wheel vehicle to remain upright at low speeds and at a stop—while still leaning naturally through corners.

The system is designed to be:

  • Mechanically simple

  • Compact and cost-effective

  • Separable from the Trinova vehicle

  • Adaptable to other leaning three-wheel platforms

  • Potentially licensable to manufacturers around the world

Its possible applications extend beyond Trinova:

  • Electric scooters and motorcycles

  • Delivery and commercial vehicles

  • Adaptive-mobility platforms

  • Enclosed commuter vehicles

  • OEM three-wheel programs

During Trinova’s development, three separate prospective investors or business partners sought ownership, control or extensive rights over Trinova’s core intellectual property—particularly the balance system.

Each relationship offered a possible shortcut to funding, engineering or production.

Each eventually reached the same point:

Who would control the technology that makes Trinova possible?

I chose to walk away rather than surrender the invention before its real value had been established.

Those decisions delayed Trinova.

They also kept its most valuable asset inside the company.

The repeated interest in controlling the technology reinforced something important:

Trinova is not the only potential product. The balance system may become a product of its own.

I am open to investment, manufacturing partnerships and licensing agreements.

I am not willing to surrender the technology that gives Trinova its value.

THE VEHICLE PROVES THE SYSTEM.
THE SYSTEM COULD REACH FAR BEYOND THE VEHICLE.

THIS IS NOT AN IDEA ON A SCREEN.

THE INTEREST ALREADY EXISTS.

THE VEHICLE IS NOT THE ONLY ASSET.

THREE DIFFERENT PARTNERS WANTED THE SAME THING.

THE ASK: $250,000

I am raising $250,000 to build two street-legal Trinova in Southern California:
  • Trinova 1: the engineering, testing and validation mule

  • Trinova 2: the finished show, demonstration and production-intent vehicle

The investment will also allow me to stop dividing my time between Trinova and outside contract work and focus completely on getting these vehicles built and onto the road.

The capital is not intended to fund a giant factory, hundreds of employees or an unrealistic production forecast.

It puts two real vehicles on the road.

Those vehicles will be used for:

  • Road testing and validation

  • Registration and street-legal development

  • Cars and Coffee events

  • Motorcycle and automotive events

  • Adaptive-mobility demonstrations

  • Press, video and social-media content

  • Customer demonstrations throughout Southern California

I believe that once people see Trinova lean, balance and move through traffic in the real world, they will understand it.

A rendering cannot create that reaction. A real vehicle on a real street can.

WHY LOS ANGELES?

Los Angeles is not simply where Trinova will be built.

It is where Trinova needs to be seen.

Southern California has influenced automotive design, motorcycles, customization, electric vehicles, fashion and popular culture for generations.

It also has some of the worst traffic in America.

Trinova will be placed where commuters, riders, media and automotive culture collide:

  • Los Angeles streets

  • Canyon roads

  • Cars and Coffee events

  • Motorcycle gatherings

  • Automotive shows

  • Adaptive-mobility demonstrations

  • Public events leading toward the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics

Trinova does not need to be explained from a trade-show booth. It needs to be seen moving through the traffic it was created to escape.

THE FOUNDER 50

After the first two vehicles are completed, Trinova will produce 50 individually numbered Founder Series vehicles, built to order at $32,000 each.

These are not standard production bikes.

They will be the most powerful, highly equipped and exclusive Trinova planned for the platform.

Every Founder Series Trinova is planned to feature:

  • Dual EMRAX 228 axial-flux motors

  • Fighter-jet-like acceleration and performance

  • A 15 kWh battery pack

  • Two-wheel drive

  • Trinova’s tilting and self-balancing system

  • Fighter-jet-inspired cockpit

  • Opening and removable roof

  • Sliding side windows

  • Air conditioning

  • Premium sound system

  • Tandem seating

  • Individually numbered Founder Series plaque

Only 50 will be built.

Founder Series numbers 01–50 will never be produced again.

The $32,000 price applies only to the Founder 50.

These vehicles are priced to establish Trinova LLC, develop the production process and fund the models that follow.

They are not the future entry-level Trinova.

They are the 50 vehicles that make the future Trinova possible.

THE NUMBER THE PLAN RESTS ON.

50 vehicles Ă— $32,000 = $1.6 million in potential Founder Series revenue.

At the currently projected cost and gross margin, approximately 15 Founder Series sales cover the initial $250,000 capital requirement.

The remaining 35 vehicles establish the financial and operational foundation for Trinova LLC and the production models that follow.

That means the strategy does not depend on immediately returning to investors for another multimillion-dollar round.

It is designed to transition Trinova from investor-funded development to customer-funded production.

ONE INVESTOR STARTS IT.

FIFTY CUSTOMERS BUILD EVERYTHING THAT FOLLOWS.

AFTER THE FOUNDER 50

When Founder Series number 50 is completed, that specification and price are retired.

Trinova will then transition to its planned production range:

  • Flow: the efficient everyday commuter, currently projected from approximately $18,000

  • Pulse: the balance between everyday usability and performance

  • Surge: the highest-performance production model, currently projected up to approximately $30,000

The names may change.

The strategy will not:

Start at the top. Create desire. Build only 50. Use those 50 to create the company. Then make Trinova available to a broader market.

WHY THIS PLAN IS DIFFERENT.

Other three-wheel startups raised millions against massive production forecasts.

They built factories, hired large teams and spent heavily before enough people had experienced the vehicle in the real world.

Trinova reverses that sequence:

  • Build two real vehicles

  • Put them on public roads

  • Let people see and experience them

  • Convert existing interest into paying customers

  • Build 50 Founder Series vehicles to order

  • Scale only after demand has been proven

No speculative inventory.

No promise to sell 100,000 vehicles before delivering the first one.

No factory built around a forecast.

Desire first. Volume last.

THIS VEHICLE DESERVES TO EXIST.

I have spent more than twelve years designing, engineering, building and testing Trinova.

I have protected the invention when walking away would have been easier than starting again.

I am not asking an investor to believe that Trinova will sell 100,000 vehicles.

I am asking one investor to help put the next two on the road.

From there, the first 50 customers are designed to fund what follows.

If you see the commuter opportunity, the adaptive-mobility mission, the Founder Series business model and the licensing potential inside the balance system, request the private investor package.

TRINOVA DOES NOT NEED ONE HUNDRED INVESTORS.

IT NEEDS ONE RIGHT ONE.
