Trinova is developing a narrow, enclosed, leaning vehicle designed for the reality of modern commuting: too much traffic, too many oversized vehicles, and too few exciting alternatives.

The proof-of-concept work is done. The next milestone is the build and validation of production-intent vehicles.

We are now assembling the strategic team, investment relationships, manufacturing support, and launch partnerships needed to move Trinova from prototype to pre-production.

This is not a traditional corporate careers page.

CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES

Strategic Operating Partner / CEO Candidate

Trinova is seeking a senior operating partner who can help lead the company through fundraising, strategic partnerships, dealer development, investor relations, and early production planning. The ideal person has experience with startups, mobility, manufacturing, powersports, automotive, or capital raising. This role may evolve into a President, CEO, or Commercial Co-Founder position depending on contribution, investment participation, execution ability, and long-term fit.

Investor / Strategic Partner

Trinova is looking for strategic investors who bring more than capital. Ideal partners may have experience in automotive, EVs, powersports, manufacturing, mobility, dealerships, or early-stage company building. Investment and strategic participation opportunities may be available to qualified parties. Additional advisory or operating involvement may be considered based on active contribution.

Manufacturing / Supply Chain Partner

Trinova is seeking manufacturing and supply-chain partners who can help turn the prototype architecture into production-intent vehicles. Relevant experience includes frame fabrication, CNC parts, low-volume assembly, motorcycle or powersports components, EV systems, composites, aluminum structures, vehicle testing, or production planning.

Dealer / Distribution Partner

Trinova is looking to connect with motorcycle, powersports, specialty vehicle, and mobility dealers interested in future distribution opportunities. The ideal partner understands enthusiast buyers, commuter vehicles, service requirements, early-adopter customers, and how to introduce a new vehicle category to the market.

Fundraising / Investor Relations Partner

Trinova is looking for a fundraising and investor-relations partner who can help prepare investor materials, identify strategic investor relationships, support outreach, and assist with round preparation. This role must be structured properly and is not a commission-only broker role.

Adaptive Mobility Partner

Trinova is developing a mobility-focused version for wheelchair users and is looking for partners with experience in adaptive vehicles, rehabilitation, spinal cord injury mobility, accessibility design, medical mobility, or adaptive vehicle distribution.
