• Limited to 25 numbered vehicles.
The Apex Founder Series will be produced only once. Each vehicle will be built to order, powered by dual EMRAX 228 motors and equipped with a 15 kWh battery pack.
• Wheelchair-accessible configuration available.
The SCI configuration is available as part of the Founder Series upon request. It allows the owner’s wheelchair to dock inside the vehicle and become the driver’s seat, eliminating the need to transfer.
• $35,000 paid in full.
Full payment is required before your vehicle enters the build schedule and parts are ordered.
• Your purchase helps build Trinova.
Each Founder Series purchase funds its own vehicle. The remaining margin helps establish the tooling, supplier base and production capability needed to launch the more affordable Trinova models that follow.
• Built one at a time.
Each Apex will be hand-built in sequence and identified by its individual Founder Series number.
• Final agreement before payment.
Before payment, you will receive a written purchase agreement covering the selected configuration, vehicle specifications, estimated build schedule, delivery terms, cancellation policy and refund conditions.
• No equity or ownership.
Purchasing an Apex does not provide shares, company ownership, investor status or a financial return.

• The standard or SCI configuration may be requested, subject to final engineering review and confirmation in the purchase agreement.
• Full payment is required before the build begins.
• Trinova remains in development, and final specifications may change as engineering, testing and compliance work progress.
• Delivery will follow the build sequence established in each buyer’s purchase agreement.
• Cancellation and refund rights will be governed by the signed purchase agreement.
