Trinova Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 07/14/2025

By placing a pre-order deposit for a Trinova vehicle, you agree to the following:

1. Deposit Purpose
   This $250 payment is a fully refundable deposit that reserves your place in the Trinova production queue. It is not a final purchase of a vehicle.

2. Non-Investment Disclaimer
   This transaction does not constitute an investment or grant any equity, profit-sharing, or ownership rights in Trinova or MLS-Engineering.

3. Estimated Delivery
   Production is currently in development. Final pricing, configurations, and delivery timelines will be communicated when available. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates.

4. Refund Policy
   You may cancel your reservation at any time before final order confirmation for a full refund. To request a refund, please email info@trinovaev.com.

5. No Guarantee of Vehicle
   This deposit does not guarantee delivery of a vehicle. Trinova reserves the right to modify or cancel the project at any time. In such a case, all deposits will be refunded.

6. Communications
   By reserving a Trinova, you consent to receive updates, surveys, and communications regarding vehicle development, design input, and delivery timelines.

7. Jurisdiction
   These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
